Founder and Managing Partner, Mr. John “Jay” McCollins, leads new business development, client partnerships as well as executive search and professional recruitment for C-level executive leadership, senior-level and middle management searches.
After business school and a Marketing & Sales Internship with a startup Solar Thermal Renewable Energy Company, Jay began his professional recruiting career in 2010 as a Finance & Accounting Executive Search Consultant across industries. He quickly focused his practice in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Energy and Investment Management. While at his previous firm, He was awarded “Champions’s Club” 3 years in a row and promoted.
Jay created KM Partners with the mission to partner with management teams and lead the way in recruiting top-performing professionals who add substantial value with companies who strive to make positive impacts to the economy, society, and environment. He continues to build upon a national practice and team of committed, high-performing, and passionate recruiting consultants.
Jay has an MBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi, where he wrote his MBA thesis, “The Integrated Bottom Line” on Values-Based Knowledge Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship. Jay enjoys skiing and golfing in his free time and is a single father of two boys and living in Denver, CO.
