Not every opportunity we recruit for is publicly listed. As a national retained executive search firm, KM Partners works closely with a network of established and emerging clients across the United States—many of whom we have partnered with repeatedly over the years.

A significant part of our work is relationship-driven and opportunistic. We frequently introduce exceptional candidates to clients for current, upcoming, or newly created positions that may not yet be on the market. In many cases, our clients engage us to identify talent before an opportunity is ever publicly announced.
