Sadaf Sattarzadeh is a Director at KM Partners, where she leads Executive Search and Professional Recruitment engagements across the real estate industry. She partners with clients on C-suite, Executive Committee, and senior-level searches, bringing over a decade of experience building and leading high-performing search teams and advising senior leaders on complex, high-stakes hires. Her expertise spans Multifamily Affordable Housing, Market Rate, Commercial, Hospitality, and Infrastructure.

Prior to KM Partners, Sadaf served as Senior Director at a boutique New York City search and advisory firm focused exclusively on real estate, where she led new client development, full-cycle recruitment strategy, and execution — managing intricate deal structures and mitigating risk for clients navigating a highly competitive and ever-evolving landscape. Even as her role has grown in scope and complexity, Sadaf has remained an execution-oriented leader staying hands-on in the search and recruitment process itself as her role continues to evolve as a client manager and advisor.

Sadaf’s foundation in the industry began on the ground floor of construction and real estate, where she previously worked for a full service commercial and institutional contractor primarily serving healthcare, data center, and high-end building owners throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the Northeast, working directly with owners, developers, and contractors delivering large-scale multifaceted projects. That early, operational experience taught her the value of genuine relationships and the power of trust and long-term partnership — and gives her a distinct vantage point today: a search partner who understands the industry she serves from the inside out.

Sadaf holds a B.S. in Biology from Rutgers University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. An East Coast native, she now lives in Colorado with her husband and two children
